As we continue to grow, we are looking for a National Microsoft Program Manager to join our MSP Corp team. 


About the Role   

As National Microsoft Program Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our Microsoft business by managing various aspects of our Microsoft strategy. This includes growing CSP resale, maximizing revenue from Microsoft partner programs, and increasing the number of opportunities sourced from Microsoft customer relationships. The role involves collaboration with multiple departments, including sales, marketing, delivery, and customer service.

 

Location: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, 40 hrs per week.
Work mode:  Remote Canada

 

What You Will Do

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Manage and communicate our differentiated value proposition (DVP) including CSP+, Azure MSP.
  • Aggregate and communicate Microsoft CSP pricing changes, promotions, and news with sales teams and customers.
  • Own the national/regional pre-sales process including pre-sales meetings and quoting.
  • Aggregate CSP sales pipeline information.
  • Aggregate CSP renewal schedules and develop a framework for systematic upselling.
  • Own the churn-reduction strategy and communication plan.
  • Work with MSP Corp team members on certifications, metrics, references, and audits to maintain designations and increase the number of specializations.
  • Advocate with Microsoft stakeholders to include MSP Corp in all relevant programs.
  • Manage various Microsoft programs such as CSI, MCI, AMM, FastTrack, MCAP, ECIF, and Cloud Migration Factor.
  • Aggregate all customer-facing program information and create PPTX slides for each funded offering.
  • Monthly communication to all sellers, including updated PPTX and video walk-through.
  • Focused communication to sellers and CSMs with eligible clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft field sellers to increase mindshare for MSP Corp and boost the number of opportunities for CSP, managed services, and professional services.
  • Develop separate strategies for SMB, SMC, and Enterprise Microsoft customer segments.
  • Manage lists of field sellers and their assigned accounts and specialty areas.
  • Facilitate regular communication touch points with all field sellers.

  • Revenue from Microsoft programs (CSI, MCI, FastTrack, ECIF more)
  • Number of leads sourced from Microsoft field sellers 26.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft programs and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience managing national-level technology programs or partnerships, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, incentive programs, and partner network structures (e.g., Microsoft Partner Network, Solution Partner designations, co-sell motions).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data (e.g., Power BI dashboards, KPIs).
  • Strong skills in program coordination, milestone tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English 
  • Strategic mindset, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified)
  • Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT services company.
